Personalised Gifts from Robertson Pens

If you are wanting an item personalised, please read and follow these instructions.

Place your order on the website, ensuring you pick 'personalised' if there are options offered. Personalisation is £1 per item and it is already added to the price when you select it.

Orders must be paid for before the personalisation request can be processed.

As soon as I receive confirmation that you have place your order, I will email you. Please reply to this email from sonia@stellarstationery.co.uk with your required text, design or photo. David is happy to send over suggested designs if you want something specific but don't have an image.

Allow up to 5 working days for your product to be personalised and dropped off at my shop. I will then post you your item (after emailing you with a photo to ensure you are happy with your design) by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.

Please note that we can accept bulk orders but do not place them on the website. Email me on the above address so that we can give you a timeline and (in the case of the coasters) a quote including postage.

Due to the weight of the coasters, they are excluded from my free postage over £30 deal. Apologies but as a very small business I simply cannot afford to absorb such costs and keep my prices reasonable.
